Dean's Welcome
Upper-division honors programs on the Boca Raton campus of ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ, also known as honors-in-the-major,Ìýhave been steadily growing over the past few years, and we plan to offer more in the future. These programs, which have stringent entry requirements, offer honors coursework (or honors compacts) and culminate with a capstone requirement. We invite you to browse through these pages and follow the links to existing honors-in-the major at ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ.

Assistant Dean, Honors and Scholars Program
Having completed an honors-in-the-major program as an undergraduate, I value the impact it had in my life. As a French major, I was able to do independent research, work one-on-one with my director, and write an original thesis. At ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ I continue to be involved with Honors education by offering courses at the lower-division as well as coordinate the offerings at the upper-division level. I want driven students seeking a challenge to be able to experience the rigors of an honors education.

It is my responsibility to help students reach their highest potential and be instrumental in aiding departments and colleges as they propose honors programs in their respective majors.
